What the service does
PopKeep is a designer-toy collection tool for iOS devices: photograph what you own, look up figures you've collected, follow your series progress, and back up through iCloud. Catalog data inside the app is provided for reference only and may be incomplete or differ from actual products — always double-check with the brand's official information before buying.
Your photos and content
Photos and records you save in PopKeep belong to you, and the app won't use them for anything else. Please make sure the content you save doesn't infringe anyone else's rights (for example, photographing or sharing someone else's collection without permission), and use the app in compliance with applicable law.
Backups and your data
Your collection lives on your device; iCloud backup runs through your own Apple account, and enabling or configuring it is up to you. We recommend keeping more than one backup of a collection that matters to you. To the extent permitted by law, Taozi is not liable for data loss or failed recovery caused by device failure, iCloud configuration or availability, user error, or system limitations.
Third-party brands
Brand names appearing in the app (including but not limited to POP MART, TNT SPACE, TOP TOY, 52TOYS, Rolife, and Finding Unicorn) and the related product information belong to their respective owners. PopKeep is an independent collection tool with no affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with these brands. Rights holders who believe catalog content is improper can contact us to correct it.
Disclaimers and liability
PopKeep is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taozi makes no warranties as to the app's fitness, error-free operation, or uninterrupted availability, and is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under law.
